Contract manufacturing
Joinery manufacturing for contractors and shopfitters
We manufacture joinery packages to your drawings in our Croydon factory and deliver them to your site across London and the South East. Cutting, machining, assembly and spray finishing under one roof, on one order, with one company answering for the lot.
What we manufacture
Packages we take on regularly
Manufacture only. You keep the client, the site and the fit; we make the joinery and hand it over ready to install.
Fit-out joinery
Reception desks, counters, wall panelling, cupboards and bench seating, built to your setting-out and delivered by zone.
Doors and panels
Batch runs of doors, panels and linings, cut, edged, machined and sprayed to one specification across the whole package.
Cabinetry packages
Carcasses built, drawers boxed, hardware fitted and dry-fitted after spraying, so your fitters are fitting, not building.
Machined components
Cut, edged, drilled, pocketed and shaped parts from your DXF, labelled to your own part names.
Site replacements
Damaged or changed items remade against the original drawing, priced and dated the same day where we can.
Finishing only
Send your own joinery in for priming and spraying if the manufacture is already covered elsewhere.

Made to the number on your drawing
One factory, every stage, nothing sent out
Beam saw, edgebander, 5-axis and vertical CNC, spray booths and a robotic line, assembly benches and our own vans. Because no stage leaves the building, a delay in one place is ours to fix, not yours to chase.
- Machining
- 5-axis and vertical CNC
- Sheet capacity
- Up to 3.2m boards
- Lead time
- Booked slot, agreed date
Why contractors keep us on the list
Priced properly, made once, delivered on the day agreed
The three things a buyer checks before placing a package with a new supplier.
Machined to tight tolerances
Parts are cut on a HOMAG beam saw and machined on 5-axis and vertical CNC, so holes line up and doors hang square first time.
Checked before it is wrapped
Every batch gets a written check against your drawing — sizes, edges and finish — with photographs on request before it leaves us.
Trade pricing that holds
Trade accounts get tier pricing, cashback on qualifying orders and a fixed written quote. No day-rate surprises and no re-pricing halfway through.
Capacity when you need it
Two CNC machines, a beam saw, an edgebander, a veneer press, three spray booths and a robotic line — your run does not sit in a queue.
One date, honestly given
We give a date we can hold and tell you straight away if anything moves, because every stage sits on our own programme.
Our own vans, our own hands
Delivered on our vehicles by people who made it, blanket-wrapped, so nothing arrives chipped by a pallet network.

Delivery
Delivered to your site, by us
London and the South East on our own vehicles. Further afield we crate it and arrange the freight ourselves, so you still deal with one supplier.
No courier damage. No four-hour windows. No reloading a van between three suppliers to get one kitchen on site.
Ask about your deliveryOur vans, our drivers
The people who made your work are the people who load it. Nothing is handed to a courier or a pallet network.
A booked day, agreed up front
You get a delivery date when the job is ordered, and a call the day before to confirm the slot.
Labelled by room, ready to fit
Wrapped, foam-separated and marked up so it goes straight to the right floor instead of stacking up in a hallway.
Help getting it in
Tail-lift and two-man handling where the job needs it, and a number you can ring on the day.
Get a price
Send the package and we will price it
Drawings, a specification or even a marked-up survey is enough to start. Most packages are priced within two working days, with the production slot we can hold for you.
Straight answers
Questions we get asked
Do you work as a subcontractor to main contractors?
Yes. We manufacture to your drawings and specification and supply to your programme. We do not deal with your client, and we do not put our name on site.
What batch sizes do you take?
From a single run of doors up to a full fit-out package. For machined or assembled work we ask for around £500 of work in one go, otherwise setup costs you more than the parts.
Which drawings can you work from?
PDF, DWG, DXF, a spreadsheet cutting list or a marked-up survey. If something will not make, or will cost more than it needs to, we say so before we price it.
How long is the lead time?
Cut and edged panels are 2 to 4 working days, machined parts 3 to 7 working days, and made-to-drawing joinery 3 to 5 weeks. The date is confirmed in writing before you commit.
Can you deliver to site?
On our own vans across London and the South East, on a booked day, wrapped and labelled by room or by cabinet. Crated freight is arranged further afield.
What are the payment terms?
Jobs up to £2,000 are paid in full before workshop work starts. Above that it is 50% before production and 50% on completion. Credit terms can follow once we have taken up references.
