HOMAG 5-axis CNC router machining a bespoke panel

Machinery & capabilities

Our machinery, from beam saw to spray line

Everything under one roof

Machining, assembly and finishing all happen in the same building in Croydon. Nothing is sent out, so nothing waits in someone else's queue.

Boards and machinery we run

HOMAG plant on the shop floor, and the panel brands it cuts every day.

  • HOMAG — the beam saw, edgebander and CNC routers we run in Croydon
  • Saviola — recycled chipboard and melamine faced panels we machine
  • MEDITE — moisture resistant and fire rated MDF we cut and spray
  • Kronospan — chipboard, MDF and laminated panels we hold and machine
  • EGGER — decorative boards and matching edging we cut and edge
  • Finsa — MDF and faced board we machine for trade work

Precision

Plant that a single joinery shop could not justify on its own

A beam saw, a 5-axis CNC, a vertical CNC, a glue-line edgebander, a wide-belt sander, a thickness planer, a veneer press, three spray booths and a robotic spray line — all in one building, all maintained and all available to trade customers at trade rates.

Board & machining

HOMAG SAWTEQ B-300 beam saw

Sheet material cut to your list, nested for yield and labelled part by part.

  • Machine: HOMAG SAWTEQ B-300, air-cushion tables and part labelling
  • Sheet size: Full 3,050 × 1,300mm boards, cut in stacks
  • Our workshop tolerance: We hold ±0.5mm on cut sizes (our standard, not a HOMAG figure)

HOMAG CENTATEQ P-110 5-axis CNC

Curved, angled and drilled work machined in one set-up, from your files.

  • Axes: 5-axis machining head, with the DRILLTEQ V-310 vertical CNC alongside
  • Working field (HOMAG published): X from 3,100mm, Y up to about 1,600mm, Z 240 to 260mm depending on build
  • Our workshop tolerance: We hold ±0.2mm on machined parts (our standard, not a HOMAG figure)

HOMAG DRILLTEQ V-310 vertical CNC

Cabinet parts drilled, grooved and routed on a vertical CNC while the 5-axis runs shaped work.

  • Panel size (HOMAG published): 200 × 50 × 8mm up to 3,050 × 1,250 × 80mm
  • Work: Drilling, grooving, sawing and routing, with an interpolating C-axis
  • Materials: MDF, ply, chipboard, melamine, solid timber

HOMAG EDGETEQ S-300 edgebander

Tape applied, trimmed and buffed so panels arrive ready to fit.

  • Panel thickness (HOMAG published): 8mm to 60mm
