What we take in
Work that arrives on a pallet, leaves finished
You get a full spray shop without owning one: no booth to keep busy, no sprayer to keep on the payroll and no waiting on someone else's line.
Doors and panels in batches
Flat work runs on the Makor line, so film build and sheen are identical from the first door to the last.
Carcasses and large assemblies
Hand sprayed in the booths where size or shape rules out the line, with the same colour recipe.
Fit-out joinery
Counters, panelling, reception desks and seating, finished before they reach site so no one is spraying around trades.
Previously finished work
Existing paint or lacquer prepared, primed and recoated, including kitchens and shopfronts.
Difficult surfaces
MDF, fire-rated board, veneer, uPVC and liquid metal, matched to the same colour across a package.
Touch-ups and remedials
Damaged items reworked against the recorded recipe rather than the whole batch being resprayed.
Line and booths
Volume on the robot, one-offs by hand
Flat doors and panels go on the Makor line for the same coat every time. Anything too big, too shaped or too few for the line is hand sprayed in the booths. We choose whichever suits the job and tell you which we used.

Preparation is most of the price
Filled, sanded and de-nibbed by hand between coats. That is what makes a sprayed finish look flat under a strong light.
The same colour, batch after batch
Colours are mixed and recorded in our own mixing room, with a sprayed sample signed off before we commit your job.
Robotic line and hand booths
Flat panels go through the Makor line for an even film; shaped and site work is sprayed by hand. Same standard either way.

Checked before it is wrapped
Every batch gets a written check against your drawing — sizes, edges and finish — with photographs on request before it leaves us.

How a spray job runs

Tell us the quantity
Item counts, sizes, substrate and the colour or sheen you need. A photograph is usually enough to start.

Slot and price agreed
A fixed written price and the week we can take the work, so you can book your own transport around it.

Sample signed off
We mix in-house to RAL, NCS, Pantone or your sample and spray a board for you to approve. The recipe is then recorded.

Sprayed and cured
Prepared, primed, sprayed and left to cure properly, with each item checked under a strong light.

Packed and returned
Wrapped, labelled and either collected by you or delivered on our own vans on the agreed day.

Questions we get asked
Can we send our own joinery in to be sprayed?
Yes, that is most of our spray work. Deliver it, or we can collect within London and the South East. It comes back primed, sprayed, packed and labelled.
What volume can you handle?
The Makor line runs flat doors and panels in volume; the hand booths take large assemblies and one-offs. Tell us the quantity and the size and we will confirm the slot before you book transport.
How is the colour agreed?
We mix in-house to RAL, NCS, Pantone or a physical sample and spray a sample board first. Once you sign it off, the recipe is recorded so a repeat order years later matches.
How quickly does work come back?
Five to ten working days from arrival for most runs, including cure time. Small batches can be quicker. The return date is set when the job books in.
Which surfaces do you spray?
Timber, MDF, fire-rated board, veneer, previously finished surfaces, uPVC and liquid metal, in water-based and two-pack, from dead-flat matt to mirror gloss.
Is the finish guaranteed?
Yes. Subject to our terms of sale, correct care and a sound surface beneath, sprayed finishes carry a five-year guarantee against coating failure such as peeling, cracking and premature yellowing.
