The old way: three sites, three lead times, three chances of damage
Most joiners lose days to this. Boards cut at one place, five axis machining at another, a spray shop two towns over with a three-week wait, then a courier who chips the doors on the way to site.
We have the lot in one building: beam saw, edge bander, three and five axis CNC, a robotic spray line, hand booths, a bench shop and our own vans. One order, one price, one person to ring.
Send your drawings and we take it from there. PDF, DXF, a cutting list or a sketch on a napkin — we work to what you have, flag anything that will not make, and give you a date we hold to.

Quote
Send drawings or a sketch. We price it properly and set out exactly which work is needed, step by step.

Design and sign-off
Drawings go out for your approval. Once they are signed and the deposit is in, the job goes on the board.

Made here
Cut on the beam saw, machined on the three and five-axis CNC, edged, then built up at the bench.

Finished here
Filled, sanded and denibbed, sprayed on the robotic line or in a hand booth, then cured and racked.

Checked
A quality check at hand-over on both the joinery and the spray side, before anything is wrapped.
06
Delivered or fitted
Packed and driven on our own vans, fitted where we are fitting, then a walk-round and aftercare.

Chapter II · Bespoke Joinery
Beautiful, bespoke joinery
High-end. Low stress.
Kitchens, wardrobes, media walls and panelling, measured in your home, machined on a HOMAG five-axis CNC and perfected by hand. We choose materials that last, veneer in-house, spray in your colour and fit it ourselves.
Chapter III · Commercial Joinery
Fit-out work, made to programme
Offices, shops, hospitality.
Reception desks, counters, seating, wall linings and washroom joinery, built to hard-wearing specification and delivered to your programme rather than ours. One contact from drawing to hand-over.
Chapter IV · Spray Finishing
Pristine, professional spray finishing
Robotic. Repeatable.
Dead flat to high gloss, sprayed on a Makor robotic line with two spray hands, plus hand booths for the awkward pieces. Identical film build on every panel — reviving an old kitchen or finishing something new. Wood, MDF, fire-rated board, liquid metal and uPVC.
Spray finishing is carried out and invoiced by Painted Ltd.
Chapter V · Self-service
Price it yourself and collect
Cut, Edge & CNC. DIY Joinery.
Type in your sizes and see the price as you go: panels cut on the beam saw, edges applied, CNC drilling and flat-pack carcasses for home projects. Both run on their own portals, from this same workshop.

Trade price, in stock.
Soft-close hardware, low-VOC designer paint, lacquer, Mirka abrasives, masking, tools and PPE. Delivered on our own vans or picked ready for you in Croydon.

Anything in stock can be picked and waiting at the counter, usually within the hour. Pay online or on the counter, collect during opening hours, and ask the people who actually use the stuff what will work.
