Send us a DXF, a CAD model or a clear drawing and we machine the parts on our routers. Every part comes back labelled to your naming, so the bench crew can build straight from the pile without measuring anything twice.

You send a DXF, a model or a sketch. We redraw if needed and price it in writing.

Board cut to size
Sheets cut on the beam saw, nested for yield.
- Stage 3
Machined and drilled
Routed, drilled and grooved on the 5-axis and vertical CNC machines.

Edged, veneered, assembled
Tape applied and pressed work bonded before the bench builds it.

Sprayed and delivered
Finished in our booths, checked, wrapped and brought to site on our vans.
Questions we are asked
What if I only have a paper drawing?
Send a photograph of it. We redraw it, send the drawing back for you to approve, then machine from the approved version.
Do you supply the board?
Yes, or you can send your own. If we supply it, the board is priced separately on the quote so you can see it.
What file formats do you take?
DXF, DWG, STEP and most 3D models. A PDF or a clear sketch is fine too — we redraw it and send it back for you to check.
How much does CNC machining cost?
It is priced on machine time, board and set-up. A twenty-cabinet nest from your files is usually £1,200-£1,600 plus VAT with board supplied.

Prices and dates for cnc machining
Twenty cabinet carcases nested, machined and labelled from your DXF. That is a guide taken from work we have actually run — your own price for cnc machining is confirmed in writing once we have the sizes or the drawings, and the date we give you is the date we hold.

What we need, what you get
Send sizes, materials and the finish you want — drawings in any form, or photos and a few measurements. Back you get a fixed written price, a date we hold to, and the work delivered to site on our own vans from our workshop in Croydon.
Machining, finishing and assembly all happen in the same building, so nothing waits on another supplier and nothing gets damaged being moved between them.
