There's quick, and there's state-of-the-art-machinery quick — which reduces prep time to no time at all. Here's exactly how a project moves through the building.
Seven stages
Drawing to delivery, all in one building

Estimate
Send drawings, a cutting list or a sketch on the back of an envelope. Our estimators price it properly and flag anything that will cause you grief later.

Survey & drawings
Where it matters, we survey on site and draw for approval so tolerances, services and reveals are agreed before a board is cut.
- 03Stock or 1 week
Materials
Board, veneer, hardware and finishes pulled from our own trade counter, or sourced specially and checked in against your spec.
- 042–4 days
Machining
Beam saw, edgebander and our HOMAG 5-axis CNC. Repeatable accuracy, minimal prep time downstream.
- 053–8 days
Joinery
Assembled and hand-fitted on the bench, veneered in-house where needed, dry-fitted before finishing.
- 063–6 days
Spray finishing
Primed, flatted and coated on our Makor robotic line with two spray hands, then cured. Denib and polish for gloss work, sample boards signed off first.
- 071–2 days
QC & delivery
Everyone checks for quality — no weak corners, no MDF fur, no gaps. Then wrapped, crated and driven to site by our own drivers.

Machining
HOMAG 5-axis CNC
Profiles, mouldings, curved work and complex joints cut in one setup. Five axes mean fewer handovers, tighter tolerances and panels that need no filling before finishing.
Finishing
Makor robotic spray line, two spray hands
Twin robotic spray arms lay primer and topcoat at a programmed film build across a conveyor. Identical results on the first panel and the four-hundredth, with far less overspray.

Checked at every hand-over, not just at the end
Each stage signs the job off before it moves — sizes against your drawing, edges, then the finish under a strong light. That is why so little comes back.

Questions
Before you send us a job
- How long does a typical project take?
- Respray work is usually 5–10 working days. Bespoke joinery with finishing typically runs 3–5 weeks, depending on schedule size and material lead times.
- Can you match an existing colour?
- Yes — RAL, NCS, Pantone, Farrow & Ball or a physical chip. We mix in-house and spray a sample board for sign-off first.
- Do you take supply-only machining?
- We do. Send a cutting list or CAD and we'll cut, edge and CNC on our HOMAG for you to assemble.
- Can you spray existing furniture or kitchens?
- Often, yes. Send photos of the doors and carcasses and we'll tell you honestly whether a respray will hold.
- Do you deliver outside London?
- We deliver across London and the South East with our own vehicles, and can arrange crated freight further afield.

Three sign-offs and we're away
01
Approve the drawings
Sizes, hardware and edge details confirmed in writing before anything is machined. Two rounds of changes are included; after that we charge the designer's time by the hour.

Approve the sample
Colour and sheen sprayed onto your material, viewed in the light it will live in. Samples are £25 + VAT each and you can have as many rounds as you need. Nothing gets a coat until one is approved.
03
Confirm the delivery slot
Give us site access and a date, and our drivers book it into the run.
