Panel cutting
Cut to your list on the beam saw, nested to get the most out of every board — so you pay for the parts, not the offcuts.
Edgebanding
Laser and glue-line edging in matching or contrast tape, cleaned and buffed, ready to fit straight off the pallet.
CNC machining
Shaped and angled work on the 5-axis, drilling and pockets on the vertical CNC. No need to buy a router or hire one in.
Spray finishing
Sprayed on the robotic line or by hand in our booths, to a sample board you have signed off. No waiting on someone else's booth.
Assembly
Carcasses built, drawers boxed, hardware fitted and dry-fitted after finishing — so your fitters are fitting, not building.
Delivery
Wrapped, labelled by room and brought on our own vans on a booked day. Hardware, fixings, coatings and consumables can be supplied from the trade counter with the job.

Nested cutting on the beam saw, machining on the 5-axis and vertical CNC machines and glue-line edging on the HOMAG bander. Parts come off labelled to your own part names and stacked by cabinet, so your bench hands are building, not sorting.

Drawings or brief in
Send the cutting list, DXF, drawings, photographs or sketch you already have.

Quote agreed
We write the scope, price, lead time, sample needs and payment terms clearly before anything is booked.

Payment cleared
Work starts once the agreed full payment or first payment is in. That is the same for every customer.

Made in order
Panel cutting, edgebanding, CNC machining, spray finishing, then assembly — with checks between stages.

Supplied and handed over
Parts are labelled, wrapped and delivered or collected, with trade-counter hardware and consumables added if you need them.
Payment before production
- Spray jobs up to £1,000

An account for your supplies
The quickest start is a phone call — tell us what you make and we will tell you straight away what it would cost and when we could run it. Joinery and spray jobs are quoted one by one and paid on the terms in the quote. A trade account is a separate thing: it covers hardware, boards and coatings from our shop and counter, with your own pricing and one statement.
- Your own pricing on supplies — A tier is set for your account, so hardware, boards and coatings from the shop and counter are already at your rate.
- One statement for supplies — Counter and shop orders on a single account instead of paying order by order.
- Terms once we know each other — Start on payment before collection and move to credit terms after we have taken up your references.
- Your drawings kept on file — Repeat batches are re-run from the last approved drawing, so nothing is redrawn.

- 2. Sign up with that same email. Your sign-in finds the application straight away — there is nothing to enter twice.
- 3. The account opens. Your tier pricing, credit limit and terms are applied to your portal the moment a director approves it.
- 4. Order and track. Quotes, manufacturing jobs, shop orders and invoices all sit in the one place.
Not a trade business? You can still buy from the shop or ask for a quote without an account.

Delivered to your site, by us
London and the South East on our own vehicles. Further afield we crate it and arrange the freight ourselves, so you still deal with one supplier.
No courier damage. No four-hour windows. No reloading a van between three suppliers to get one kitchen on site.

Straight answers
Questions we get asked
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum for cutting and edging — we will run a single sheet. For machined or assembled work we ask for around £500 of work in one go, otherwise the setup time costs you more than the parts.
How long does it take?
Cut and edged panels are 2 to 4 working days. Machined parts are 3 to 7 working days. Made-to-drawing joinery is 3 to 5 weeks. We confirm a date in writing before you commit.
Will you work from our drawings?
Yes, that is how most of our trade work arrives. PDF, DXF, DWG, a spreadsheet cutting list or a photograph of a hand sketch are all fine. If something will not make, or will cost you more than it needs to, we tell you before we price it.
How does pricing work?
A fixed written price for the job, not an hourly rate. Material, machining, finishing and delivery are itemised so you can see what each stage costs and drop anything you would rather do yourself.
Can you spray material we send in?
Yes. Send in your own doors, panels or carcases and we will prime, spray and pack them. You get the booth without owning one.
Do you deliver to site?
On our own vans and drivers across London and the South East, on a booked day, wrapped and labelled by room. Crated freight is arranged further afield.
