System drilling for cabinet parts
System holes, hinge cups and dowels drilled exactly where your fittings need them.
What this is
Send your parts or let us cut them, and we drill for the hardware you actually use. We hold the common Blum, Hettich and Grass patterns, so a hinge or a runner drops in without anyone reaching for a jig.
- Your hardware — Tell us the brand and model; we drill to that pattern, not a generic one.
- 32mm system — Shelf and fitting holes on a consistent line the full height.
- Both faces — Face and edge boring in the same pass, so nothing is flipped by hand.
- Sample first — On a new pattern we drill one part and send a photo before the run.

How cnc drilling runs here
System holes, hinge cups and dowels drilled exactly where your fittings need them. Hinge, runner and shelf positions are drilled from your fittings schedule and checked on the first part off.
- Patterns held
- Blum, Hettich, Grass, Häfele
- Hole accuracy
- ±0.2mm
- Minimum
- No minimum on an account
Why this matters
Why people use us for cnc drilling
What you actually get out of putting cnc drilling through us, rather than a price list.
- 01
Drilled for your hardware
Tell us the Blum, Hettich, Grass or Häfele reference and we drill that pattern, not a generic one.
- 02
No jigs on the bench
Hinges and runners drop straight in, so your fitters spend the day building rather than marking out.
- 03
Consistent hole to hole
Machine boring holds ±0.2mm across the batch, so shelves sit level and doors line up down a run.
- 04
One part checked first
On a new pattern we drill a single part and send you a photograph before we run the rest.
How it goes
Bored for the hardware you buy
Hinge, runner and shelf positions are drilled from your fittings schedule and checked on the first part off.

How it fits our process
One programme, start to finish
Where cnc drilling sits in the run, and what happens either side of it in the same building.
- Stage 1
Drawings and pricing
You send a DXF, a model or a sketch. We redraw if needed and price it in writing.
- Stage 2
Board cut to size
Sheets cut on the beam saw, nested for yield.
- Stage 3
Machined and drilled
Routed, drilled and grooved on the 5-axis and vertical CNC machines.
You are here - Stage 4
Edged, veneered, assembled
Tape applied and pressed work bonded before the bench builds it.
- Stage 5
Sprayed and delivered
Finished in our booths, checked, wrapped and brought to site on our vans.
Questions we are asked
Can you drill parts I supply?
Yes, as long as they are square and cut to size. We check a few before drilling the lot.
What about handles?
Send the centres and we drill them, or we can leave fronts blank if you would rather mark them on site.
Which hinge and runner patterns do you hold?
Blum, Hettich, Grass and Häfele are held as standard. Send anything else with a drawing or a sample fitting and we set it up.
How accurate is the drilling?
Within ±0.2mm across a batch. That is what stops a run of doors drifting out of line down a long kitchen.

Next step
Tell us what you need
Send drawings, sizes or photographs and we will price it in writing, usually within two working days. If it is quicker to talk it through, call 020 8944 2817 and you will get someone who knows the machines.
What we need, what you get
Send sizes, materials and the finish you want — drawings in any form, or photos and a few measurements. Back you get a fixed written price, a date we hold to, and the work delivered to site on our own vans from our workshop in Croydon.
Machining, finishing and assembly all happen in the same building, so nothing waits on another supplier and nothing gets damaged being moved between them.
