Nothing is sent out to another workshop. Every stage below happens under one roof in Croydon, which is why the dates hold and the finish matches.
Board cutting
Your boards are squared and cut to the tenth of a millimetre on the beam saw, not on a hand saw on site, so doors line up and gaps stay even.
How we do itEdge banding
Every exposed edge is machine-banded with a glue line you cannot feel, so it does not lift in a warm kitchen or a steamy bathroom.

Hinge cups, shelf holes and jointing are cut by the router from the drawing you approved, so what is built matches what you signed off.

Real wood veneers are bonded flat in our own press, so a veneered island or wardrobe front stays flat for years.

Cabinetmakers build and dry-fit the run on the bench here, so problems are found in the workshop and not in your house.

Everything is sprayed in our own booths before it travels, which gives a flat factory finish you cannot get with a brush on site.

HOMAG 5-axis for accuracy, hands for the finish
The HOMAG beam saw and 5-axis CNC hold the sizes on profiles, curves and hardware positions. The bench does the last half-millimetre. Then it goes straight onto our own spray line, so nothing is damaged in transit and nothing waits on another workshop.

Board cut, edged, machined and sprayed — all by us
We supply the board, cut it, edge it, machine it and spray it, so one team owns every tolerance from sheet to finished piece. If you would rather send in your own doors or units just for finishing, that runs through our self-service spray finishing instead.

What we need on the drawing
You do not need all of it. The more of it we have, the fewer questions come back once the job is running, and the tighter the dates we can hold. If you only have sizes and a photograph of the room, send those and we will fill in the rest with you.
Sizes & tolerances
Overall sizes, scribe allowances and any out-of-square site conditions.
Material & decor
Carcass board, front material, veneer species and grain direction.
Edge detail
ABS or veneer edging, shadow gaps, radii and handleless profiles.
Hardware
Hinge and runner brand, handle references, lifts and internal fittings.
Finish
Colour reference and sheen level, plus which faces are visible.

Questions we get asked
Do you fit, or only make?
Both. We can supply for your own fitters, or make and fit with our own team. Most private clients take the fitted option; most trade customers take supply only.
How long from order to delivery?
Three to five weeks for most fitted furniture once drawings are signed off. Larger kitchens and whole-house schemes run six to eight weeks. The date is set at the quote stage.
Can you match an existing colour or finish?
Yes. We mix in-house to RAL, NCS, Pantone or a physical sample, and spray a sample board for you to sign off before we commit your job.
Do you survey, or work from drawings?
Either. We survey in London and the South East, or we work from your drawings and setting-out dimensions if you would rather measure yourself.
What does a bespoke piece cost?
It depends on size, material and finish, so we price each job properly instead of quoting a rate. Send sizes and a photograph of the space, or your drawings, and you will have a fixed written price, usually within two working days.
