How it works
From your list to labelled parts
The same machines that run our trade manufacturing cut your parts, so a one-sheet order is held to the same tolerance as a full kitchen. Nothing is hand-cut in a yard.

A cutting list, a sketch on paper or a CAD file. If it has widths, heights and quantities on it, we can price it.

Board, cutting, edging and any machining on one line-by-line quote, with the collection date on it.
Cut and edged
Squared up on the beam saw, then edged in one pass so there is no glue line to pick at.
Machined if you need it
Grooves, rebates, pockets, hinge holes and shaped parts run on the CNC while the parts are still square.

Every part labelled to your own part names, stacked in build order so nothing is measured twice.

White, greys and woodgrains, edged to match or to contrast.

Common questions
Accuracy, price and timing
- How accurate is the cutting?
- Parts are cut on a Homag beam saw to within ±0.2mm across the run, squared off the same reference edge every time, so a set of carcase parts goes together without trimming.
- Can I buy just one or two boards cut?
- Yes. There is no minimum. A single sheet cut into shelves is as welcome as a full kitchen's worth of parts, though the price per part is better on a full sheet.
- How long does it take?
- Most cutting lists are ready for collection or delivery in approximately 3–10 working days, depending on the board and how busy the saw is. Say if you are on a fixed date and we will tell you honestly whether we can hold it before you pay.
- Do I need an account?
- Yes, but it is free and takes a minute. Once you are in you can prepare as many quotations as you like, save them, and pay only for the ones you go ahead with.
- Do you supply the board or can I bring my own?
- Normally we supply it, which is where the price works. We will cut customer-supplied board where it is clean and flat, but we cannot warrant the finish on material we did not buy.
- What edging do you use?
- PUR-glued ABS or matching laminate on the Homag edgebander. It is the same edge we put on our own trade manufacturing, so it will not lift in a bathroom or a kitchen.
