Give us a cutting list and we cut it on the beam saw. Parts come back square, clean-edged and labelled, and the optimisation sheet shows how the boards were used so you can see where the material went.

Questions we are asked
Do you cut customer-supplied board?
Yes. We check it for damage and squareness first and tell you if anything looks wrong before cutting.
How small can parts be?
Down to 80mm on the beam saw. Smaller than that we machine on the CNC instead.
I only need one or two sheets and I don't have a trade account — can I still order?
Yes. For one-off and small orders, use our cut-to-size page at /cut-edge-cnc, where you price it yourself online — a free account takes a minute — prepare as many quotations as you like and pay only for the ones you go ahead with. It is the same beam saw and the same tolerance, priced to collect or deliver, ready in approximately 3–10 working days. This page is for repeat production on a trade account.
What is the turnaround on a cutting list?
Two to four working days for a straightforward list, and we will tell you the day we take the order if it is going to be longer.
Can you cut fire-rated and moisture-resistant board?
Yes. We hold MRMDF and fire-rated board, and we can cut sheets you supply if you have a particular spec.

Prices and dates for panel cutting
Thirty sheets of 18mm MRMDF cut to your list, nested and labelled. That is a guide taken from work we have actually run — your own price for panel cutting is confirmed in writing once we have the sizes or the drawings, and the date we give you is the date we hold.

What we need, what you get
Send sizes, materials and the finish you want — drawings in any form, or photos and a few measurements. Back you get a fixed written price, a date we hold to, and the work delivered to site on our own vans from our workshop in Croydon.
Machining, finishing and assembly all happen in the same building, so nothing waits on another supplier and nothing gets damaged being moved between them.
