Our machines
HOMAG CENTATEQ P-110 5-axis CNC
Curved, angled and drilled work machined in one set-up, from your files.
What it does
The 5-axis head reaches faces a flat router cannot, so shaped and angled parts are cut complete rather than pieced together. The linear tool changer keeps drilling, routing and grooving tools on the machine, so a part can be cut, drilled and profiled without coming off the bed and losing its reference.
Key capabilities
- One set-up — Angled and curved faces machined without re-clamping, so joints close first time.
- Drilling and grooving — Hinge, shelf and dowel patterns run in the same programme as the profile.
- Files we take — DXF, DWG, STEP, or a dimensioned sketch we redraw and send back for approval.
- First-off checked — The first part is measured and signed before the rest of the run continues.

Where it sits
The machine we bought for the hard jobs
Curved doors, staircase parts, solid surface and anything with a compound angle come here after the saw. Because the part is machined complete in one set-up, the bench work afterwards is a fit and a sand rather than a rescue.
Why trades choose us
What the 5-axis does that a router cannot
One set-up, five axes, and shapes that would otherwise be built out of pieces.
The part never moves
Angled and curved faces are reached with the head rather than by turning the part over, so nothing loses its datum.
Held to ±0.2mm
Hardware positions and joints hold right across the bed, not just near the origin. That is our own workshop standard rather than a published HOMAG figure.
Board, timber and solid surface
Corian, acrylic and hardwood run on the same bed as MDF, with the right tooling and feed for each.
Why this matters
Why this matters to your job
What HOMAG CENTATEQ P-110 5-axis CNC changes about the price, the date and the finish you get back.
- 01
No specialist CNC subcontract
Shaped work you would normally send out is machined here, in the same programme.
- 02
Fewer parts, fewer joints
Cutting complete rather than in pieces means less filling and a stronger part.
- 03
Repeatable batches
The programme is kept, so next year's repeat matches this year's job.
- 04
Straight into spraying
Machined parts go to the booths in the same building, still clean.

Straight answers
Questions about the HOMAG CENTATEQ P-110 5-axis CNC
Do you need a 3D model?
For shaped work it helps, but a dimensioned drawing with sections is usually enough — we model it and send it back for approval.
Can you machine Corian and acrylic?
Yes, including drainer grooves and polished edges, on the same bed as the joinery.
How it fits our process
One programme, start to finish
HOMAG CENTATEQ P-110 5-axis CNC is one stage of a run that stays in the same building, start to finish.
- Stage 1
Drawings and pricing
You send a DXF, a model or a sketch. We redraw if needed and price it in writing.
- Stage 2
Board cut to size
Sheets cut on the beam saw, nested for yield.
- Stage 3
Machined and drilled
Routed, drilled and grooved on the 5-axis and vertical CNC machines.
- Stage 4
Edged, veneered, assembled
Tape applied and pressed work bonded before the bench builds it.
- Stage 5
Sprayed and delivered
