HOMAG SAWTEQ B-300 beam saw
Sheet material cut to your list, nested for yield and labelled part by part.
What it does
The beam saw is where most jobs start. Your cutting list or drawing is optimised so the sheet is used properly, cut square to half a millimetre, and every part comes off labelled to your own naming. Air-cushion tables mean big sheets are moved without being dragged, so faces stay clean for spraying later.

Almost every job in the building passes over this bed first. Sheets are nested, cut and labelled, then walk straight to the edgebander or the CNC in the next bay — so the parts are never driven anywhere and never arrive with a damaged corner.

What is the biggest sheet you can cut?
Up to 3,050 × 1,300mm on the bed, in stacks. Larger boards are cut down first and the joint is placed where it will not be seen.
Can I send a spreadsheet instead of a drawing?
Yes. A clear cutting list with sizes, board type and edging is enough to price and to run.

Tape applied and pressed work bonded before the bench builds it.

Finished in our booths, checked, wrapped and brought to site on our vans.
