Board cut to size
Sheets cut on the beam saw, nested for yield.

Machined and drilled
Routed, drilled and grooved on the 5-axis and vertical CNC machines.
- Stage 4
Edged, veneered, assembled
Tape applied and pressed work bonded before the bench builds it.

Finished in our booths, checked, wrapped and brought to site on our vans.
Questions we are asked
Will you deal with my customer?
Only if you ask us to. By default everything goes through you.
Can you hold a spec for repeat plots?
Yes. We keep the approved drawing and colour on file and re-run it plot by plot.
Do you supply white label?
Yes. Nothing arrives badged, and we never contact your customer. It is your kitchen with your name on it.
What is the lead time on a trade kitchen?
Usually 3-4 weeks from approved drawings, including spraying. Repeat plots from a held spec are quicker.

What we need, what you get
Send sizes, materials and the finish you want — drawings in any form, or photos and a few measurements. Back you get a fixed written price, a date we hold to, and the work delivered to site on our own vans from our workshop in Croydon.
Machining, finishing and assembly all happen in the same building, so nothing waits on another supplier and nothing gets damaged being moved between them.
