Questions we are asked
Is machine spraying better than hand?
For flat work, yes — it is more consistent. For shaped and assembled work, hand spraying is better, and we do both.
Do you spray both sides the same day?
Yes, with a cure between faces.
Is the robotic line better than hand spraying?
For flat work, yes — the film thickness is identical panel to panel. Shaped and assembled work is still better by hand, and we do both.
How many doors can you run in a day?
Several hundred flat fronts through the Makor line, which is why large sets do not hold up a programme.

Prices and dates for door & panel finishing
A twenty-door kitchen resprayed off site, hinges refitted. That is a guide taken from work we have actually run — your own price for door & panel finishing is confirmed in writing once we have the sizes or the drawings, and the date we give you is the date we hold.

What we need, what you get
Send sizes, materials and the finish you want — drawings in any form, or photos and a few measurements. Back you get a fixed written price, a date we hold to, and the work delivered to site on our own vans from our workshop in Croydon.
Machining, finishing and assembly all happen in the same building, so nothing waits on another supplier and nothing gets damaged being moved between them.
