Heesemann MFA Impression sander
Panels calibrated and finish-sanded flat, so the paint has something even to sit on.
What it does
A sprayed finish only looks as good as the surface underneath it. The Heesemann takes panels to an even thickness and leaves a consistent, fine scratch pattern across the whole face, which is what stops primer sinking in patches and topcoat showing sanding marks under a strong light. Hand sanding cannot hold that across a run of forty doors.

Do I need sanding as a separate order?
No. It sits inside the finishing run, so it is priced with the spraying rather than booked on its own.
Will it sand through my veneer?
Not at the settings we use. Feed and pressure are set for veneered panels, and the first panel of every batch is checked before the rest go through.

One programme, start to finish
Heesemann MFA Impression sander is one stage of a run that stays in the same building, start to finish.

Colour and sample
Matched to RAL, NCS, Pantone or your sample, sprayed on a board for sign-off.
- Stage 2
Collected or delivered in
We collect locally on our own vans, or you drop it at the workshop.
- Stage 3
Prepared
Cleaned, filled, sanded and masked — the part of the job the finish depends on.
- Stage 4
Primed and topcoated
Robotic line for volume, hand booths for one-offs and assemblies.
- Stage 5
Checked and returned
Inspected under strong light, wrapped, then delivered or refitted.
