In-house colour mixing
Colours mixed, sprayed on a board and signed off before your job runs.
What it does
Mixing here means we are not waiting on a supplier for a tin, and it means the exact recipe is written down. You get a sprayed sample board in the real sheen on the real substrate to approve, and if you come back in two years for one more door, the colour is still on file.

Colour is mixed, sampled and signed off here before a job is allowed near a booth. It is the cheapest possible place to find out a colour is not right, which is exactly why it exists.

Which colour systems do you match?
RAL, NCS, Pantone, Farrow & Ball, Little Greene and most trade ranges, plus a physical sample if that is all you have.
How long does a match take?
Usually a day for the mix and the sprayed sample board, then the job runs once you have approved it.

One programme, start to finish
In-house colour mixing is one stage of a run that stays in the same building, start to finish.
- Stage 1
Colour and sample
Matched to RAL, NCS, Pantone or your sample, sprayed on a board for sign-off.
- Stage 2
Collected or delivered in
We collect locally on our own vans, or you drop it at the workshop.
- Stage 3
Prepared
Cleaned, filled, sanded and masked — the part of the job the finish depends on.
- Stage 4
Primed and topcoated
Robotic line for volume, hand booths for one-offs and assemblies.
- Stage 5
Checked and returned
Inspected under strong light, wrapped, then delivered or refitted.
