Good furniture is worth keeping. Spray painting a well-made sideboard, dresser or chest of drawers gives it a modern colour without losing the solid build that new flat-pack pieces rarely have.
Each piece is taken apart where it can be — drawers out, handles off — and prepared by hand before it goes into the booth. The preparation is what makes the difference between a painted piece and a sprayed finish that looks factory-made.

Flatted and polished to a deep shine. Best on flat, smooth surfaces.
We can match a colour from any paint brand's chart, a sample door, a fabric or a tin you already have. Before the full job is sprayed, you can sign off a sample so there are no surprises. Wood tops, legs or inside drawers can be left natural or clear lacquered.

Furniture spray painting questions
- What furniture can be spray painted?
- Most solid wood, veneered and MDF furniture can. Pieces with heavy wax, oil or silicone polish need more preparation, which we check from your photos.
- Will the old wood grain show through?
- On open-grain woods such as oak you may see faint grain under the colour. If you want a completely smooth surface, the grain can be filled first.
- Can you keep the original handles?
- Yes. Handles are taken off before spraying and refitted afterwards. They can also be cleaned or swapped.
- Can you spray just part of a piece?
- Yes. A common choice is a painted case with a natural or clear lacquered wood top.
- Do you work with interior designers and shops?
- Yes. We spray single pieces and batches for designers, makers and shops, matched to their colour schemes.
