What we take on
One door or four hundred
Doors are sprayed flat on the robotic line, face and edges, so the film build is the same at the bottom rail as at the top. That is the part hand spraying on site cannot hold across a whole set.
Fitted wardrobe doors
Slab, shaker and profiled doors sprayed flat, edges included.
Internal doors
Whole-house sets sprayed together so every door holds the same colour.
MDF wall panelling
Fluted, slatted and shaker panelling primed and coated before it is fixed.
Skirting and architrave

Common questions
Before you send the schedule
- Do you spray new doors or only existing ones?
- Both. New primed doors go straight into flat-and-coat. Existing doors are stripped or keyed, repaired and sealed first.
- Can you price a whole schedule?
- Yes. Send the door schedule or a drawing and you get a fixed price per type with a programme, not an hourly rate. Contractors get one delivery per phase.
- How long do doors take?
- A house set is usually five to eight working days from collection. Large site schedules are planned in batches so fixing can start before the last batch is finished.
- Do you spray hinges and ironmongery on?
- No — everything is stripped off and bagged with the door, then refitted after spraying. Masked ironmongery always shows a line eventually.
- Can you machine the doors as well?
- Yes. Our HOMAG 5-axis CNC cuts, profiles and hinges panels before they reach the booth, so machining and finishing come from one place with one lead time.
